• Have you been diagnosed with chronic GORD?
• Are you currently on acid suppression medication for GORD but continue to experience the symptoms of GORD?
• Would you describe your GORD symptoms as having a significant impact on your quality of life?
• Have you had an endoscopy to evaluate your GORD symptoms?

If you answered "yes" to three or more of these questions you may be a candidate for the LINX Reflux Management System. Please consult your physician.
